How quickly will I receive photos?
Social selects are delivered before the event ends. Full galleries are delivered within 14 days. 7-day delivery is available as an add-on.
Do you travel outside DC?
We serve events within 25 miles of 20020.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50 percent deposit secures your date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Your invoice will include the payment details you need, and a receipt will be sent once your payment has been successfully processed.
What are usage rights?
Private events include personal usage rights.
Corporate events include usage rights for marketing, PR, and internal communications.
How long are galleries available?
Galleries are hosted for one year. Clients are notified 14 days before their gallery is archived.
